HOW the companies have creatively adapted during the Coronavirus crisis

When Covid-19 came into play, around March 2020, most of the countries were forced to lockdown to control the spread of the virus therefore most companies started feeling hopeless, not seeing too many solutions on the horizon. Those who stayed creatively awake, working together as a team were thinking about how they can shift their perspective to generate solutions to carry on their business no matter the external circumstances. And they not only survived with this mindset but they even increased their sales and profits.

HOW did they manage?

Here is a list with qualities of the companies that successfully adapted to the crisis and now are still on the market and doing well:

• FLEXIBLE – in adjusting their business model following their customer needs and consuming behaviors.
• CREATIVE – in generating ideas and solutions to develop new products or services within restrictions and limitations imposed by local health authorities
• ADAPTABLE – taking smart decisions in building online tools / purchasing the right equipment  / repurposing the existing tools to create new distribution channels for their products or services to get sold.
• COLLABORATIVE MINDSET – being aware of their weak points as businesses searching to partner up with companies that are complementary and together to get to their target.
• HUMAN ORIENTED – investing time and money in their team’s wellbeing & mental health knowing how important it is for the sustainability of companies to keep their employees feel safe, connected, and mentally fit before asking to fulfill their daily tasks.
• CONFIDENT TO EXPLORE REMOTE WORK  – they allow and trust people to work from their home taking care of their kids while managing their workflow.
